Professional indemnity insurance:
Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte sind aufgrund der Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung verpflichtet, eine Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Mindestversicherungssumme von 250.000,– € zu unterhalten. Die Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus § 51 BRAO. Unsere Berufshaftpflichtversicherung besteht für die Rechtsanwälte Dr. Hartmann, Eschbach und Gerhard bei der R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Voltstraße 84, 60486 Frankfurt. Sie gilt für das Inland.
