THE WHOLE STORY
The law firm Gerhard & Eschbach emerged from the former law firm Dr. Hartmann & Zaeske and was taken over by the lawyers Andreas Gerhard and Moritz Eschbach at the beginning of 2018 from the predecessors Dr. Wolfgang Hartmann and Peter Zaeske. They founded the law firm at the beginning of 1993.
Attorney Moritz Eschbach had already worked for several years as an employee in the law firm, Attorney Gerhard had been working in a Pirmasens law firm for more than 20 years. Lawyer Zaeske retired on December 31, 2018 for reasons of age, lawyer Dr. Hartmann left the law firm on December 31, 2019.
Seit 2022 befindet sich die Kanzlei in den heutigen Geschäftsräumen in der Schubertstraße in der Innenstadt von Kaiserslautern.
The location makes it easy to reach the office from the train station and the nearest bus stops in just a few minutes.
Public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity in front of the office or in the parking lot of the former C&A building. The inner-city location is central, but still offers the necessary quiet for concentrated work.
The law firm sees itself as a service provider whose primary task is to point out problems to our clients, to present possible solutions and to implement them quickly. Our goal is to establish long-term partnerships. We endeavor to avoid legal disputes by providing appropriate advice in advance.
